Youth Action Hour #4

Show Us the Money

October 28, 2021

A lack of economic opportunity is at the core of many underlying systemic barriers that young people and our communities face. Millennials and Gen Z are the first to be worse off than their parents economically. The generational wealth gap is continuing to grow without proper or adequate financial investment to generate jobs in a community, support local entrepreneurs and small businesses, or provide home mortgage loans.

This is a critical moment to center economic justice so that our generation can thrive with living wages, student debt forgiveness, and robust local economies.

Join Youth Action Hour on October 28th for Show Us the Money, a powerful day of action across social media as we feature youth-led conversations around money, debt, wealth, financial resources, and policy recommendations to ensure young people can achieve the economic justice we need.
